Refunds in Case of Dispute: Sellers now have the ability to issue refunds in case of disputes. If a refund is processed, it will not count towards the buyer or seller’s dispute history, making the process fairer for both parties.

Never finalize order before receiving your product
We want to remind all buyers about the importance of communication with sellers before placing an order. It’s essential to engage with vendors who are professional and maintain good communication. Always ensure that you’re comfortable with the seller before proceeding with the purchase.
Once you’ve selected your vendor and placed your order, please wait until you receive the product. After receiving it, check the quality and confirm that it matches the description before finalizing the order.
Do not finalize the order before receiving your product. Once you finalize the order, the escrow protection will be released to the seller, and you’ll no longer be able to initiate a dispute. If there’s an issue—such as not receiving the product or if it’s not as described—you will lose the ability to dispute the transaction.
We strongly recommend that you only finalize the order once you’ve received the product in good condition. This ensures that you remain protected under escrow and can leave an honest review based on the product received.
