• Early Finalization (FE) is not permitted unless you receive explicit permission. Any request for FE without prior approval will result in a ban.

• We take scam reports very seriously. It is your responsibility to address any allegations against you promptly. Failure to do so may result in severe consequences.

• We charge a minimal vendor bond. To prevent scammers, every individual who wishes to become a vendor must send us a PGP-signed message. This message should provide a brief introduction about themselves and the products they plan to offer.

• We take privacy and anonymity very seriously. To protect our users' valuable data, we have made it mandatory for all sellers to have a PGP key. Always use it to encrypt any sensitive information.

• The sale of Fentanyl, poisons, murder services, and child pornography is strictly prohibited.

• Threatening behavior and doxxing threats (threatening or blackmailing to release personal identifying information) will result in strict action.

• Purchasing your own listings to artificially inflate feedback is strictly prohibited.

• Listings without images and proper description are not allowed.

• It is your responsibility to protect buyers' data. You must delete any personally identifiable information once the order is finalized.

• Charging reasonable shipping fees and responding to buyer inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously will help you achieve a higher rank quickly.

• You must post your listing in the appropriate category and clearly specify all rules, conditions, and fees. Hidden rules are strictly prohibited.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is delivered as described on the listing page. Failing to do so may negatively impact your case in any disputes with buyers.

• Outside contact is strictly prohibited. If any external contact methods such as Wickr, Telegram, or WhatsApp are found in your listing, you will be banned immediately without warning.

• If you are currently selling or were a vendor in the past and wish to have your vendor bond waived, please create a support ticket to request the waiver of your vendor fee.
